About the Opportunity
One of our clients, a fast-growing global technology company, is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the UK to support its expansion in the French market.
The company develops innovative software solutions that help deskless and field-based workers operate more efficiently, improve productivity, and adapt to changing business and market conditions.
The organization operates as a remote-first, global technology company with an international customer base and teams working across multiple countries and time zones.
About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for supporting the company's growth in France through outbound prospecting, relationship building, and sales pipeline generation.
You will work closely with Account Executives and the broader Go-To-Market team to identify target accounts, understand customer personas, engage prospective customers, and generate qualified sales opportunities.
The successful candidate will be based in the UK but will primarily focus on developing business opportunities within the French market.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build and develop sales pipeline.
- Lead outbound prospecting activities across the French market.
- Identify and research target accounts and relevant customer personas.
- Engage prospects through email, phone, industry events, and other outreach channels.
- Develop personalized outreach based on target accounts, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospective customers and identify potential business opportunities.
- Continuously assess opportunities within the French market and identify new ways to engage prospects.
- Attend relevant industry events and trade shows to generate pipeline and build relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the organization.
- Track sales development activities and report regularly on progress and pipeline development.
- Develop a strong understanding of target customers, their industries, and business requirements.
- Support Account Executives in developing and expanding the company's presence in France.

Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
- Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
- Experience working within a SaaS or technology company is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand customer and industry needs.
- Ability to work effectively with leaders and teams across different functions.
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proactive and self-directed approach to work.
- Comfortable collaborating with customers and colleagues across different countries and time zones.
- Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, and the French market.

Location
UK – Remote
The candidate must be based in the United Kingdom.
The primary sales territory for this role is France, so strong French language skills and the ability to engage with French-speaking customers are essential.
Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings, team gatherings, and industry events.
