Job summary

Our Global SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) are trained on core sales skills that help them drive lead generation and qualification while in this role and beyond. Successful SDRs can progress into more advanced sales roles or other positions which provide increased earning potential. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing Enterprise leads. You will work closely with our Account Executives/Managers to generate pipeline and grow our customer base.
What you will do
- Source opportunities and qualify leads for Sales Org.
- Work both inbound and outbound leads with an expectation of doing 80 touches per day (via email, phone calls, social media).
- Communicate with key IT personnel, up to and including C-level executives, by phone, email, and social media.
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of DigiCert solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects and customers.
- Uncover and qualify prospective customer needs, understand business processes, identify projects, determine requirements, and ascertain potential solutions.
- Collaborates with marketing to optimize performance of campaigns.
- Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and collaboration through ad-hoc projects for various departments.

What you will have
- 1+ years of sales, sales development, outbound outreach experience.
- Desire to work in sales and in the cybersecurity industry.
- Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient, with a “get the job done” attitude.
- Well-rounded with varied interests, background, and experience.
- Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable).
- Proficiency in SFDC, Zoominfo, Salesloft/Outreach is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Compensation Transparency:
The total on-target earnings (OTE) for this role, including base salary and variable incentive compensation (at 100% target performance), are outlined below.
Each candidate’s compensation offer will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, performance expectations, business needs, and location. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, which will be discussed during the hiring process.
