Technology, AI & SaaS | Glasgow (Hybrid 2-3 days in the office) | Uncapped OTE + Benefits
Evolve IT Recruitment is working with a well-established Glasgow-based technology business that has been delivering successful digital solutions for over 25 years. Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire two Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help drive new business opportunities across their technology consulting and SaaS offerings.
This is a true outbound sales role, focused on generating meetings and opportunities through proactive prospecting. You'll identify target organisations and decision makers, then engage them via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce a range of digital transformation, AI, mobile application development, and SaaS solutions. Your goal is to create qualified sales opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team.

What you'll be doing:
- High-volume outbound calling to prospective clients
- Building and managing a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Identifying key decision makers and qualifying prospects
- Booking meetings for the Enterprise Sales team
- Using CRM systems to track activity and progress
- Working closely with experienced sales and technology professionals
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, SDR, lead generation, or business development roles
- Confidence in making outbound sales calls and opening conversations
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Interest in technology, digital transformation, AI, or SaaS solutions
