London (Remote)
Base: circa £40,000 x2 OTE
Join a technology vendor with a genuinely rare story in the fintech space: no client churn, consistent upsells, and a growing footprint across capital markets. This is a business that grows its accounts rather than replacing them - and it's now building out a dedicated SDR function to fuel the next stage of that growth in the UK and Switzerland.
This is a pipeline-critical role reporting into the sales leadership team, with a clear path forward for the right person.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The role:
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities across the UK and Switzerland (initially) through proactive outbound outreach
- Qualify every opportunity properly: confirming a genuine use case, an identified sponsor, and confirmed budget before handing off
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a high-quality, high-conversion pipeline rather than volume for its own sake
- Represent the business professionally as a first point of contact for prospective clients
- Build toward a long-term career path — strong performers have a route into a full sales role or wider regional coverage
