Working Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT

By combining expertise in GenAI and eDiscovery, we've built AI-powered solutions that replace slow, manual review processes. Today, global law firms, insurers, and corporations rely on us to deliver faster, more accurate outcomes where traditional review simply isn't good enough.

Over the past year, Panoram has fully committed to GenAI, driving significant growth. As we continue to expand across the legal and insurance sectors, we're looking for an experienced SDR to help build our pipeline and generate new business opportunities.

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Panoram, you’ll be on the frontline of our sales team - being the first face our prospects will associate with our brand.

This is a high-impact, revenue-centric role, where your core mission will be to engage with senior professionals in the legal and insurance sectors. You will be educating the market and booking meetings, ensuring each opportunity is qualified as well as assisting the process of converting business.

What You’ll Do

Strategic

  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles and target accounts across the legal and insurance sectors
  • Understand customer pain points, speaking fluently with respect to their specialisms
  • Build outreach campaigns with tailored messaging
  • Research, plan, and attend conferences and events with a high concentration of qualified prospects

Day to Day

  • Own outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn
  • Book high-quality introductory calls, demos, and meetings for the senior sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs across outreach volume, meetings booked, and pipeline influence

Support

  • Provide structured feedback to senior sales leaders on prospect needs and market trends
  • Suggest, plan, and deliver events, such as private dinners, hosting key clients and prospects
  • Create and adapt marketing materials and presentation decks to accurately portray our services
  • Suggest improvements or experimentation to messaging, positioning, and outbound tactics

  • Improved outbound conversion rates
  • Number or percentage of qualified meetings booked per month/quarter
  • Consistent achievement: opportunity creation or pipeline targets
  • Contribution to new account breakthroughs or expansion into key sectors
  • Clear examples of experimentation or process improvements you proposed or owned

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate would have:

  • 1–3 years’ experience in SDR, sales, business development, or lead-generation role
  • Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and social
  • Confidence in cold outreach and articulating value propositions
  • A structured approach to qualifying prospects and managing pipelines
  • Ability to absorb product knowledge and translate it into benefits-driven messaging
  • Ability to efficiently respond to high-priority tasks without sacrificing competing workloads

Nice to haves:

  • Experience working in the legal or legal technology sector
  • Experience selling to legal teams, law firms, or insurance firms
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
