Are you an ambitious, hungry early-career sales professional who wants to break into high-performing fintech sales?
We’re partnering with a fast-scaling fintech company that’s disrupting the industry and aggressively expanding their commercial team. They’re looking for a driven Junior SDR ready to own outbound prospecting, build pipeline, and fast-track into a full-cycle Business Development role.

What you’ll be doing:
- Crushing outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate qualified meetings
- Building and qualifying a strong sales pipeline
- Supporting senior BDs with pitch preparation and client meetings
- Keeping CRM (HubSpot) spotless and hitting daily/weekly activity targets
- Representing the company at industry events and networking
Who we’re looking for:
- You’re commercially hungry with a natural drive to succeed
- Confident on the phone and great at building rapport quickly
- Proactive, organised, and obsessed with hitting targets
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is a big plus
- Early-career talent (1–2 years sales experience ideal) who’s ready to level up fast
