About the Role
StoreBoost are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented SDR to join our team. You will be responsible for generating revenue and driving sales for our marketing services. You will work closely with clients, media agencies, and internal teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the media industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a rapidly growing small business, have autonomy in the role and the ability to contribute to StoreBoost going forward.
StoreBoost specialises in helping brands answer communication challenges through real-time proximity marketing. StoreBoost works with retailers and brands in the UK and Europe encompassing all verticals from beauty to technology bringing a varied and exciting client base. Our StoreBoost ad platform helps our clients deliver proximity optimised dynamic campaigns to drive footfall and sales in retail environments such as malls, airports and the high street.

The Role
- Identify and target potential clients by outreach for media sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, media agencies, and key stakeholders
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage your own sales pipeline with the help of the new business team
- Create proposals to answer client briefs and assist in proactive pitches
- Help prepare sales reports and forecasts for the new business team
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Support workshops and idea generation sessions with clients and team members
- Help build awareness of StoreBoost across clients, agencies and the wider industry
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond
Experience and Skills
- 2+ years minimum experience in a marketing / media sales role
- Experience in business development and account management
- Proven track record of meeting and sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Planned and organised with attention to detail
- Resilient and responds calmly and positively to challenging situations
- Able to adapt to changing circumstances and new opportunities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
