Role Overview

  • Location: Farnborough — 5 days onsite
  • Package: £25,000–£30,000 + uncapped monthly commission
  • Industry: Technology / Connectivity

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build rapport quickly over the phone, asking the right questions to understand each prospect’s challenges, requirements and potential fit.
  • Qualify opportunities and create high-quality SQLs for the wider sales team to progress.
  • Keep Microsoft Dynamics accurate and up to date, ensuring conversations, lead information and next steps are clearly recorded.

  • Build a strong understanding of the company’s connectivity and technology solutions so you can confidently connect customer challenges to the right solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, particularly when managing CRM data.
  • Professional written and verbal communication.

  • Hungry to learn, develop and build a long-term career in B2B sales.

What’s in It for You?

  • Uncapped monthly commission, with around £500 available for deals that come from your qualified opportunities and up to £1,000 for successfully self-generated business.
  • A newly created role with plenty of scope to shape how the function develops.
  • Clear progression routes into Business Development, Account Management or potentially Marketing/Data-focused roles.

  • Company-wide bonus scheme after two years, linked to overall business performance.
  • Enhanced pension and enhanced maternity/paternity leave.

  • Flexible start/finish options between 8:30am–5:30pm and 9am–6pm.
  • Modern offices with free parking, an onsite café, gym and restaurant.
