Sales Development Representative

Sector: Business Consultancy / R&D

Location: Manchester

Salary: £26,500 basic | £40k OTE (Uncapped Commission)

A fast-growing, international consultancy is looking for ambitious Graduate Sales Executives to join its commercial team in Manchester.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2025 or 2026 graduate looking to start a career in sales. No previous sales experience is required – the focus is on personality, confidence, ambition and coachability, with comprehensive training provided from day one.

You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, speaking with senior decision-makers across UK businesses and building your own pipeline. It’s a fast-paced, target-driven environment with excellent earning potential and a proven track record of developing graduates into more senior sales positions.

The role

  • Generate 100% new business opportunities

Ideal profile

We're looking for someone who is:

  • A 2025/2026 graduate, or at the beginning of their commercial career
  • Confident, sociable and comfortable speaking to new people
  • Ambitious and motivated by progression and earning potential
  • Coachable – able to take feedback on board and apply it
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
  • Able to think on their feet and adapt their approach
