Sales Development Representative
Manchester | Hybrid | £28,000–£29,000 + Uncapped OTE
A fast-growing Manchester-based SaaS scale-up is looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join its growing sales team. Following a number of internal promotions, this is a great opportunity to join a business with a strong focus on career development and progression.
The Role
You'll be responsible for generating new business through predominantly outbound activity, including:
- Researching target accounts and senior decision-makers
- Conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events
- Speaking with senior contacts across Risk, Compliance and Operations
- Running 15-minute discovery calls
- Qualifying prospects, booking and joining demos with Account Executives
- Managing and nurturing your pipeline

About You
We're looking for someone with 12+ months' experience in:
- B2B Business Development
- Recruitment
- Telesales
- Account Management
- Another outbound or target-driven role
SaaS experience is beneficial but not required. You'll need to be confident on the phone, resilient, commercially minded, and comfortable speaking with senior decision-makers.
