Fintech | Payments | London
Hybrid – 4 days per week in office
We’re partnering with a high-growth fintech in the payments space. Their platform powers mission-critical payment operations for thousands of organisations - from fast-scaling tech companies to major enterprises - and they’re expanding their London sales team with both entry-level and experienced SDRs.
If you’re high-energy, commercially curious, and hungry to build a career in fintech sales, this is one of the strongest pathways in the market.
The Role
This is a high-activity, high-impact SDR role. You’ll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic research, and senior-level engagement.
You’ll learn how to navigate complex organisations, understand their priorities, map stakeholders, and craft compelling narratives that open doors for the sales team.

Day-to-day
- 45+ outbound calls per day, plus email and LinkedIn outreach
- Research target accounts and build tailored outreach strategies
- Engage senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, and Product
- Qualify inbound leads and nurture early-stage opportunities
- Partner closely with AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships
- Contribute insights to GTM strategy, messaging, and positioning
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly pipeline targets
Who We’re Looking For

- Degree-educated or strong academic track record preferred
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or finance is a bonus but not essential

Location
