Founding BDR, Private Capital Intelligence SaaS
Clapham Common, London
£40k to £50k base + £15k to £20k OTE
Three reasons this one is worth a proper look before you scroll past it:
- A genuine, proven pathway to Account Executive in around 12 months, not a vague "opportunities may arise" line
- Founding seat on a brand new outbound function, so you shape the playbook rather than inherit someone else's
- Daily, direct access to senior leadership and founders from day one, not year three
Here is the bit most job ads bury:
This company sells the data that private equity, venture capital and private credit firms actually need but currently do not have. Right now, funds managing billions are making comp and hiring decisions on gut feel, because normal HR benchmarking tools were built for corporates, not for the weird, specific shape of a private markets firm.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Nobody is tracking carried interest properly. Nobody has a clean read on how a credit shop's org chart differs from a growth equity one. This company fixes that with over a million data points across 51 countries, 140+ roles and 11 private markets strategies, and some of the biggest funds in the world already build their people decisions on it.
Off the back of a thriving AE team, they are building their first dedicated BDR function and hiring the founding rep. You will be prospecting into PE, VC and private credit firms across Europe and North America, getting stuck into research, outbound and messaging alongside experienced AEs, and getting proper training rather than being thrown in and hoped for.
