About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at RemoFirst, you’ll be responsible for driving new business for our sales team and establishing relationships with various decision-makers within our target customers. As the face of RemoFirst in the market, you will be critical in driving the hyper-scale new customer acquisition we anticipate.

What you'll be doing

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and book qualified meetings for our Account Executive team.
  • Work closely with the Outbound Manager to identify target accounts among businesses expanding internationally, using Apollo to research and source the right contacts.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting in English and Spanish via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, tailoring your approach to each market.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule demos and ensure prospects are properly briefed ahead of handover.
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activity in HubSpot and report regularly on progress against targets.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our outbound process by testing new messaging and sharing feedback with the wider sales team.
  • Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing and partnership activity as required.

What you’ll need

  • 1+ year of overall experience in Sales Development representative-related roles in the software industry.
  • Experience in international HR, Payroll, Global Mobility, or a fast-paced startup environment is a plus. EOR experience is an even more significant plus!

How you’ll work

  • Excellent English & Spanish are a must.
  • Excellent communication skills. Working with many people from all over the world, we need to communicate, adapt quickly, and relay information in different ways.
  • Time Management: You will be participating in meetings and supporting our customers and internal teams. Throw time zones into the mix, and that’s quite the day. You must be good at structuring your workday and tasks to ensure you accomplish all those things while maintaining a work-life balance.
