The role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll support the Sales team in generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive business growth. You’ll play a key role in top-of-funnel activity – identifying and engaging prospective customers – while working closely with both Sales and Marketing.

This role offers valuable hands-on exposure to B2B sales within a SaaS environment, including client engagement, pipeline development, and the sales tools and frameworks that underpin it. You’ll also help maintain CRM data integrity and support campaigns designed to maximise lead generation.

Day-to-day includes:

  • Sourcing and reaching out to leads from target prospect lists
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identifying customer pain points and assessing solution fit
  • Scheduling discovery calls and handing off qualified leads to Account Executives
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
  • Collaborating with Marketing to improve messaging and targeting
  • Tracking performance against sales development KPIs

The package

  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, and open to learning new tools
  • No specific sales experience required – full training and hands-on support is provided
