As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive Searchland.co.uk’s growth by owning the outbound outreach process. You’ll engage prospects across the property and renewables sectors, qualifying leads through MEDDICC-style discovery and scheduling high-impact meetings for the sales team. This autonomous role is perfect for a phone-confident communicator looking to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You Will Do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach, building rapport via phone calls to qualify prospects and fuel the renewables and property pipeline.
- Apply MEDDICC-style discovery questions to assess lead quality and ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team on account acquisition strategies and conduct market research to identify emerging industry trends.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience in an SDR or outbound sales role with a demonstrated comfort in high-volume cold calling and objection handling.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate CRM tools like HubSpot and maintain organized records in Excel or Google Sheets.
- A proactive, high-energy professional with the legal right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
