Sales Development Representative (SDR) x2

B2B Services

📍 Newbury office

💷 £28,000–£32,000 + Commission

📈 Reporting to: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

The opportunity

This role sits right at the front end of business growth. It’s a true SDR position. Not closing. Not hard selling. Not a call-centre environment.

Your focus is simple:

  • Create a quality pipeline by starting smart, relevant conversations with UK businesses.

If you enjoy research, commercial conversations, and being measured on outcomes (not noise or dial counts), this is a strong next step.

What the role is really about

You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging organisations that could benefit from a service-led, cost-focused B2B solution.

That means:

  • Speaking with decision-makers
  • Understanding how businesses currently operate and buy services
  • Identifying genuine opportunities (not forcing them)
  • Handing over well-qualified meetings to the sales team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
