We’re an established business with over 15 years of experience in the commercial utilities industry, and we’re now going through an exciting period of growth.
Our proposition has expanded beyond utilities into areas including commercial payments and business technology, giving our sales team multiple opportunities to have valuable conversations with UK businesses.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This isn't about simply reading from a script all day.
We want people who can have a conversation, ask good questions, understand a customer's business, identify an opportunity and confidently explain why it's worth them speaking with us.

🔥 WHO WE WANT
We're not necessarily looking for someone with 10 years of experience.
But you do need sales experience, and you need to be comfortable picking up the phone and having commercial conversations.
You'll probably fit in well if you're:
- Confident. Competitive. Ambitious. Target-driven. Resilient. Motivated by money. Comfortable speaking to customers. Hungry to progress.
Experience within B2B sales, commercial utilities, telecoms, payments, finance or another target-driven sales environment would be a big advantage, but isn't essential.
We'll teach you our products, systems and processes.
