About Spotlight BD
Spotlight BD builds outbound pipeline for B2B tech companies, mostly in cyber security and SaaS. We're founder-run and senior-led, with 8+ years of outbound experience behind us.
The opportunity
We're looking for self-employed callers to book meetings for our clients. You pick up the phone, start conversations with decision makers and book qualified meetings. We pay you for every meeting that's qualified and attended. This is freelance, not employment. You're your own boss.
What you'll do
- Cold call prospects on behalf of Spotlight BD clients
- Spark interest, qualify it and book meetings
- Log your meetings so we can confirm them and get you paid

How it works
- Paid between £100 - £200 per meeting, once the meeting is qualified and attended

Who we're looking for
- Confident on the phone, or keen to get confident
- Self-motivated and organised
- Experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or tech helps, but isn't essential
- A great fit if you're looking to break into sales
Please note
This is a self-employed, commission-only opportunity. There's no salary, holiday pay or employee benefits. What you earn depends entirely on the meetings you book that go ahead. You're responsible for your own tax and National Insurance.
