About the job
Are you looking to accelerate your career in SaaS sales beyond a traditional SDR role?
We're looking for an ambitious sales professional who wants more than simply booking meetings. This position is designed for someone with a strong prospecting mindset who is eager to progress into a full-cycle sales role.
You'll begin as a Sales Development Representative, learning our products, sales methodology, and hospitality market while building pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualifying inbound opportunities. Following successful completion of your probation period, you'll transition into a hybrid Sales Development Representative / Business Development Executive role.
You'll continue to generate your own pipeline while also taking ownership of a defined European territory, managing opportunities from initial outreach through discovery, demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and ultimately closing new business.
You'll report directly to the UK Sales Director and work alongside a small, experienced sales team focused on growing our presence across Europe.
What will you do?
During your onboarding and probation
- Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
- Identify and engage hotel groups, management companies, and ownership groups across Europe.
- Prospect using phone, email, LinkedIn, and modern sales engagement tools.
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for senior sales executives.
- Craft compelling value propositions tailored to each prospect.
- Handle objections and educate prospects on the value of the Unifocus platform.
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity within Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Consistently achieve activity and qualified opportunity targets.
- Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, webinars, and events.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
