Job Description

You will drive Vitruehealth.com’s growth by opening conversations with senior HR and health leaders at major enterprises. Using phone, email, and LinkedIn, you’ll master objection handling and map target accounts to book meetings for Account Executives. This role offers a clear, fast-track path to a closing Account Executive position within a year.

What You Will Do

  • Research and map target enterprise accounts to identify and engage key decision-makers across HR, health and safety, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct high-volume cold outreach via phone, LinkedIn, and email to open doors and secure qualifying meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams by providing direct feedback from the frontline to refine Vitruehealth.com’s messaging and outreach strategy.

The ideal candidate

  • At least one year of experience in a high-intensity, target-driven sales environment such as recruitment, gym memberships, hospitality, or lettings.
  • Proven resilience and the ability to maintain high energy on the phone while handling rejection and complex objections with professional presence.
  • A coachable mindset with a hunger for feedback, able to demonstrate how you have consistently hit or exceeded performance numbers in previous roles.
