We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (Part-Time) at Flow State Advisory

Remote (UK hours, 12 pm-8 pm) | 15-20 hrs/week | £18,000 OTE per annum

Flow State Advisory is a Sales Consultancy business that coaches already existing salespeople to improve their skill set so that they can maximise their income. We also directly work with business owners by placing and training Closers. We have been in business for 18 months and are looking to scale by hiring another superstar SDR.

You will start part-time, and as you grow within the business, the goal will be to transition you to full-time. The main responsibilities of this role include owning the top of our sales funnel, generating and qualifying new business before handoff to our closing team.

This is a role for someone who takes ownership of their numbers, is fully dedicated to mastering the art of sales, and is ready to accelerate their sales career to the next level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
