🏢 About Searchland

Searchland is a high-growth, B2B PropTech company transforming how businesses and individuals access and leverage property data. Our platform empowers property developers, land agents, architects, and planners with real-time insights, helping them make smarter, data-driven decisions when acquiring and developing land.

We’re proud to be building a collaborative, supportive team in London and we’re committed to doing things differently by creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome, supported, and able to thrive.

👩‍💻 About The Role

We’re looking for a high-energy, phone-confident Sales Development Representative to help drive our renewables pipeline, qualify leads, and fuel our ambitious growth. This is a hands-on, outbound-focused role where persistence, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are essential. The role will involve actively qualifying inbounds, outreach to new leads, engaging with existing leads, and gathering data on our existing contacts.

📌 What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound outreach: confidently pick up the phone, build rapport quickly, and hold meaningful conversations with prospects.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads, asking the right MEDDICC-style discovery questions to assess fit and move opportunities forward.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars to ensure smooth coordination for the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with entire sales team, supporting key account acquisition and relationship building.
  • Conduct competitor and industry research to stay on top of market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Support clients post-intro, helping them understand value and guiding them through the early stages.
  • Attend relevant industry events to network and expand your market understanding.
  • Have the freedom to shape your outreach style while following best-practice workflows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
