Pearlfinders is the ultimate sales intelligence platform, delivering vital data and information to fuel the sales and marketing of a stellar client list. These include sporting legends like Real Madrid, famous ad agencies like McCann, leading charities such as Movember and cultural icons like Science Museum Group and TATE.
We have a wonderful opportunity for a Sales Development Representative to join our business development team to add more amazing names to our portfolio.
This is a role for a motivated, target-driven and self-starting grad looking to kickstart their sales career by starting prospective clients on the journey to becoming new accounts. It’s a fast-track opportunity to learn from our senior team, and gain exposure to famous names, all whilst developing and strengthening your career in SaaS sales/business development.

Responsibilities
- Outreach (by phone, but also LinkedIn and email) to generate conversations with prospective customers
- Intelligent, insight-led questioning to qualify the opportunity
- Arranging tailored screenshare demonstrations with potential customers (which will be conducted by more senior members of the team)
- Using our CRM system (Salesforce) and your own analysis to build targeted prospect follow-up programmes
- Attending weekly meetings with the management and marketing teams – to ensure prospect experience is fed back into business strategy

Ideal Candidate
- Bags of energy and motivation – a self starter
- A desire to work hard to exceed KPI targets
- Great attention to detail and writing skills
- Being based four days a week at our office in Euston doesn’t present you with any problems
- The ability to be incredibly organised – juggling a busy diary and to-do list
- A genuine interest in business, brands, marketing, sponsorship, people and technology
- Brilliant verbal (specifically phone) communication skills, no worries about discussing our platform – often including multiple stakeholders
- Is degree educated
- Some relevant commercial experience (although we’re pretty open to what exactly this might look like)
