From SDR to AE in 6 months - our fast track programme built for top performers!
About Zelt:
Zelt is building the first unified employee platform that brings together HR, payroll, IT, onboarding, and automation into one seamless system. We’ve been recognised by G2 as a High Performer across HR and Payroll, the only European vendor with that status, and we’re expanding fast.
Why this role?
This is not a typical SDR role. You will be joining Zelt at a pivotal stage of growth, as part of our third SDR cohort, building on a model that already works. Several SDRs from our first cohorts have successfully progressed into Account Executive roles, and we are continuing to invest in that path with intent. We operate a high-performance, accelerated career path where SDRs who consistently deliver results can progress into an Account Executive role after six months, based on achieving targets in five out of six months.
You will sit at the very start of our revenue engine. The conversations you create will directly shape our pipeline and influence how we grow from here. As the first touchpoint for many future customers, you will open the right doors through thoughtful, well-researched outreach and create strong first impressions with senior decision makers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
