Job Description: Sales Development Representative
Salary: UPWARDS TO £28,000 per year (OTE £40,000+)

Who you are
- Determined, driven, and money-motivated
- Resilient and able to overcome objections with confidence
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Energetic, positive, and thrives in a fast-paced, outbound environment
- A self-starter with the ambition to exceed targets
- Previous B2B sales experience is an advantage but not essential – full training is provided
What you’ll do
- Make outbound calls to UK businesses
- Ask a few qualifying questions to identify potential opportunities
- Pass details to our network experts – simple and effective
- Build and develop strong relationships with prospective clients
- Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly targets

- Monday – Friday, 8:45 am – 5:00 pm (no weekends)
- Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £40K+)

Requirements
- Ability to commute/relocate to Chester (required)
- English: 1 year (required)
- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
