Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to support B2B sales across the UK and European markets. This is a dynamic role combining lead generation, client engagement, and account management support, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of SDR or sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, email, and sales engagement platforms
  • Generate and qualify leads within the UK and EU markets
  • Book meetings and support pipeline development
  • Deliver high-quality client engagement and follow-up communication
  • Manage and update CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools (Salesloft)
  • Support account management and nurture existing client relationships
  • Consistently meet KPIs related to activity, pipeline generation, and conversions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover to closers/account managers

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Development, SDR, or B2B sales roles
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar sales tools
  • Proven ability to multitask, manage pipelines, and stay organized
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and client management
  • Ability to work in UK/European time zones
