Job Summary
As our London-based SDR, you’ll be the first commercial touchpoint for firms across the UK and EMEA identifying, engaging, and qualifying the GPs, CFOs, and ESG leads who need what we build.
You’ll work closely with our EMEA Account Executives, feeding a pipeline that converts. This isn’t a role where you read from a script, it’s one where you learn a market, develop a point of view, and build real relationships with sophisticated investors. This role has a clear path to Account Executive. We invest in people who want to grow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Source and qualify new business opportunities across private equity, private credit, and infrastructure firms
- Build and execute a multi-channel outbound strategy: you don’t just follow a sequence, you think about why each touchpoint lands
- Book discovery calls and demos for EMEA AEs
- Work leads generated by marketing campaigns and convert them into pipeline
- Maintain clean, accurate records in HubSpot
- Develop fluency in our product suite, our market, and the ESG reporting landscape
- Share what’s working - objections, messaging, market signals - back into the team

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
