About Us

We are a capital advisory firm that helps business owners raise capital and sell their companies. We are hiring two full-time cold callers to open conversations with founders and book them into our calendar. This is a pure outbound phone role. You will be given a lead list every day, and your job is to dial all day, get founders talking, and book qualified meetings.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Calling business owners from a lead list we provide (no list building, no admin)
  • Asking two simple questions: are they looking to raise capital, and would they consider selling their business
  • Booking interested founders directly into our team's calendar
  • Hitting daily dial and booked-meeting targets
  • Logging outcomes so the pipeline stays clean

The Pay (Read This Part)

  • $500/month base + 3.5% commission on every closed deal that comes from your booked meetings
  • Our average deal ticket is $30,000, so 3.5% = $1,050 per deal in your pocket
  • Top performers on our pipeline volume can drive 2-5 deals per week:
  • 2 deals/week = ~$9,600/month
  • 3 deals/week = ~$14,100/month
  • 5 deals/week = ~$23,200/month
  • That is a realistic OTE of $115k-$280k/year for someone who can actually sell. The base keeps the lights on; the commission is where you eat.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The Two Seats (Pick One When You Apply)

  • Seat 1: 9:00am - 5:00pm BST
  • Seat 2: 5:00pm - 12:00am BST

Who We Want

  • A killer. You love the phone, you don't fear rejection, and 150+ dials a day sounds like a normal Tuesday
  • Native English speaker with a clear, confident phone presence
  • Proven cold calling or phone sales track record (tell us your numbers)
  • Genuine interest in finance. You should understand, or be hungry to learn, how capital raising, M&A, and investment banking work, because you'll be talking to founders about their companies
  • Drive, grit, and determination. This role pays extremely well for people who show up every day and grind, and pays badly for tourists
