Leading the AI Revolution
Our client is a rapidly growing, specialist consultancy operating at the intersection of Unified Communications (UCaaS), Customer Experience (CCaaS), and Enterprise AI. Their mission is to eliminate friction in business by delivering solutions that enhance customer conversations, drive productivity, and enable smarter internal collaboration.
Leading the AI Revolution
Our client stands out for actively delivering AI solutions, rather than just exploring their potential. They specialise in Conversational AI and Intelligent Automation, supporting clients with:
- Human-centric virtual agents: Leveraging world-class tech like Poly.ai to create voice and digital experiences that are indistinguishable from human interactions.
- Generative AI workflows: Integrating Google Gemini Enterprise to supercharge employee productivity, automate data synthesis, and provide real-time coaching for agents.
- Data-driven CX: Turning every interaction into an insight through advanced speech analytics and AI-led sentiment mapping.
World-class Partnerships
They are proud to be the UK's go-to partner for global giants. They hold elite status with Zoom (as one of the UK's first certified CX partners) and maintain deep strategic relationships with RingCentral, GoTo, Dialpad, Google Gemini Enterprise and Poly.ai.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
