Sales Development Representative
Our client is a leading cybersecurity company supporting businesses to stay safe against cyber threats and attacks. After continued year-on-year growth, they are hiring a team of 6 professional and ambitious people to join their sales team and help grow their customer base. It's a strong opportunity for anyone looking to accelerate their career in a supportive, fast-moving environment.
Your development comes first. You'll join the Furza Sales Academy, a programme tailored to your role. When you complete it, you'll receive an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation. Alongside formal training, you'll get ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support from our client's experienced leadership team.
About
- £32,000 basic salary + £12,000 OTE, uncapped

The Role
- Act as a brand ambassador, with a clear understanding of our client's value proposition and services.
- Reach out to prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn to build awareness and interest.
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date with your activity.
- Take a consultative approach and listen carefully to prospects' challenges and priorities.
- Book and support calls and demos for the senior sales team.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
