Sales Development Representative (x3)
Holborn, London (office-based) | £32k to £35k base + OTE
About our client
We're looking for 3 ambitious and articulate SDRs to join a fast-growing real estate technology company at an exciting stage of growth. Our client is a real estate technology company providing an AI-powered investment platform for institutional residential property investors. The platform combines market intelligence, property analysis and financial modelling to help investors and developers identify, evaluate and manage residential real estate opportunities more efficiently. As a growing startup, it's an exciting time to join the business and play a key role in shaping its future.
The role
As an SDR, you'll be at the front of the growth engine. You'll find opportunities, engage prospective customers and book qualified meetings for the sales team. The role blends outbound lead generation, inbound qualification and marketing follow-up. You'll work closely with sales and marketing to keep the pipeline full. And with a clear path to Account Executive in under 12 months, this is a fast track into a tech sales career.

What you'll do
- Research and engage priority target accounts through calls, email and social selling
- Run personalised, account-based outreach tailored to each organisation and stakeholder
- Book high-quality meetings and opportunities for the sales team
- Follow up inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leads
- Explain our client's value clearly, showing how the platform solves each prospect's challenges
- Qualify leads by understanding each prospect's current setup, challenges and decision-making process
- Support marketing campaigns, events and webinars, turning attendee engagement into qualified meetings
- Hit and exceed activity and pipeline targets
- Keep CRM records accurate and keep refining your outreach to improve results
Training and development
You'll join the Furza Academy, with training tailored specifically to your role. That starts with face-to-face sales training in Manchester, giving you the core skills and confidence to perform. You'll receive ongoing coaching in the role and an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation. You'll also get continuous mentoring from our client's leadership and sales teams, building the commercial skills for a long-term career in technology sales.
