The Opportunity
This SDR role sits at the heart of our client's growth plans. It's a consultative position where creativity and curiosity matter more than call volume. This isn't a boiler room, you'll focus on smart, targeted outreach, generating warm leads, attending events and learning how to build pipeline properly.
What You'll Do
- Identify, research and target potential new clients
- Build a deep understanding of our client's products and the wider market
- Build genuine relationships with key decision-makers
- Generate new business across public sector and social housing organisations
- Use consultative questioning and active listening to understand customer challenges
- Book qualified meetings with senior stakeholders and support senior salespeople through the sales cycle
- Work with your team to share ideas and develop creative approaches

Training and Development
You'll join the three-month Furza Sales Academy, including two weeks of face-to-face training in Manchester. You'll get ongoing coaching from both Furza and our client to help you build confidence and thrive in the role.

- A recent graduate (any degree welcome) ready to get stuck in
- Driven, organised and able to manage your own workload
- Happy to bring ideas to the table
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
