About our client
Our client is a consultancy-led professional services organisation that partners with pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device innovators at the forefront of healthcare. They help accelerate and optimise clinical development, using data, AI, machine learning and emerging technologies to drive smarter decisions and deliver real impact for their customers.
The opportunity
Following a period of significant growth, our client is expanding their sales team with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support their ambitious plans. This is a rare opportunity for someone with little or no sales experience to accelerate their career in a thriving, forward-thinking environment.
As an SDR, you'll play a crucial role in the company's growth across the UK and Europe, introducing their services and helping to win new customers. Your development is a priority from day one. You'll be enrolled in Furza's industry-leading sales academy, tailored specifically to your role, and on completion you'll receive an Institute of Sales Professionals accreditation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
