Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to advance their career in B2B sales and marketing within the technology industry. The primary responsibility of the EMEA SDR is to identify new sales opportunities across the EMEA region on behalf of a demandDrive client. This is achieved through research, account mapping, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. In addition, the SDR works closely with client management teams and supports market research, contact sourcing, database management, and reporting based on business needs.

Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, outbound cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting across the EMEA region.
- Qualify prospective customers by identifying their needs, goals, and business challenges.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize sales strategies and qualify new business opportunities.
- Accurately document all sales activities in CRM systems (Salesforce and/or HubSpot).
- Prepare weekly reports on industry trends, pipeline progress, and key insights gathered from customer conversations.

Requirements
- Must be based in Europe.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, prospecting, or business development is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications) is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, target-driven sales environment.
