- Running customer meetings on Teams - Join and host discovery calls and intro meetings, qualify opportunities, and ensure prospects have a great first experience with us

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

- You're early in your sales career: Recently graduated with a degree in business, management, sales, or a related field. Have 2-3 years of sales experience and want to take the next step in a more strategic, growth-focused environment
- You're confident communicating: You enjoy speaking to people, asking smart questions, and turning conversations into opportunities—whether on the phone, on Teams, or in person
- You're comfortable on camera (or willing to be): As we ramp up our marketing in Q1 2026, you'll have the chance to be involved in video content, and other front-facing activities—so being relaxed on camera is a big plus
- You're driven and goal-oriented: You like having clear targets, seeing your progress, and celebrating wins. You're competitive in a healthy way and motivated by results
- You're curious and eager to learn: You want to understand our product, our customers, and what makes a great sales process—and you're open to feedback and coaching
