This is a remote, commission-only opportunity offered on an independent-contractor basis. We are looking for a serious sales professional who will take ownership of their pipeline, represent the studio to a high standard, and remain focused on generating meaningful results.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

The contractor is welcome to manage this opportunity alongside other professional commitments. There are no fixed working hours, and success will be measured by the quality of the opportunities generated and the successful projects secured, rather than by hours worked. What matters is professionalism, consistent momentum, and reliable delivery.

The role focuses on identifying and engaging prospective clients, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through email, phone, and social media, and nurturing early-stage relationships to build genuine interest in the studio’s services.

The SDR will schedule qualified discovery calls with the founder, maintain accurate lead records, and identify relevant referral or partnership opportunities.

Earning potential is directly linked to results. Commission is earned when a lead personally generated and recorded by the contractor becomes a confirmed project, and The Aire Collective has received the client’s design fees in cleared funds.
