Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: Aldershot | Office-based, 5 days per week
Salary: £27,000–£35,000 + £40,000–£60,000 OTE

We’re looking for an ambitious, motivated Sales Development Representative to join a growing technology business, with a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in sales and progress into a Business Development Manager role.
This is an opportunity to join an established Managed Service Provider and Cyber Security business supporting over 600 organisations across the UK, with exciting growth across AI governance, cyber security, managed IT and connectivity.
Whether you’re a recent graduate, have some early sales experience or are looking to take your first step into a commercial career, we want to hear from you!
The Opportunity
As an SDR, your main focus will be generating new business opportunities and booking qualified meetings for the wider sales team.

- Starting conversations through cold calling, LinkedIn, and email
Cold calling will be a big part of the role, so confidence, resilience, and a positive attitude are essential.
You’ll receive structured training and support from experienced salespeople and senior leadership, helping you develop your commercial skills and knowledge of the technology market.
You’ll also have the chance to work in an exciting emerging area of technology, AI governance, alongside established services in cyber security and managed IT.
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in people with the right attitude, ambition, and willingness to learn. Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential.
You could be a great fit if you are:
- Confident speaking to new people and comfortable picking up the phone
- Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by achieving targets
- Resilient and able to handle rejection positively
- Organised, proactive, and consistent in your approach
- Interested in technology, business, and developing a career in sales
