About The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage a pipeline of pre-qualified companies and use phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach to convert prospects into demos of the SciLeads platform. You will play a key part in our sales process and the company's continued success.

This is a target-driven outbound sales role involving regular cold calling and working towards daily and monthly targets. You will be supported through training and coaching as you build the skills, consistency, and resilience needed to succeed in sales.

This is a great opportunity for someone with initial sales or outbound outreach experience who wants to strengthen their skills. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn about the life science and pharmaceutical industry and develop within an established sales team.

Career Opportunities

At SciLeads, we appreciate how important career development is to our team members, that’s why we have designed a SDR career pathway that provides the opportunity to progress to a Business Development Executive role! You will find out more details about the pathway on your initial recruiter interview.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
