About the opportunity

Via is partnering with a growing B2B SaaS business to recruit a Sales Development Representative for its London team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with around 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience who wants to build a career in SaaS sales.

Unlike many SDR roles, this position is heavily inbound-focused – around 80% inbound and 20% outbound. You'll speak with prospective customers who have already shown an interest in the product, understand what they're looking for, qualify the opportunity and book high-quality demos for the wider sales team.

You'll also carry out targeted outbound prospecting, giving you experience across the full early-stage B2B sales process.

Previous SaaS experience isn't essential. If you've worked in sales, recruitment, telesales, business development or another target-driven customer-facing role and you're confident speaking with business decision-makers, we'd be interested in hearing from you.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
