The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for booking in product demos & meetings for the business development team. Typical responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting potential new customers – this will include cold calling (80 calls per day) but will be supplemented with strategic LinkedIn & Email work.
- Working with an BDM – you’ll be working closely with the BDM team to ensure that the most is made from every opportunity.
- Working towards targets - you'll be working towards regular activity targets (call time, calls made etc).

Earning Potential – £30,000 base salary with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission on top. With the bonus opportunities and lucrative commission structure, you should comfortably make £45,000 in your first year!
Progression – your first promotion in this business can be achieved in 6 months to Senior SDR, with a further promotion available 6 months afterwards (if you’re hitting targets, of course!)

What do you need?
- Previous sales experience – 1 Years sales experience is required for this role, ideally B2B!
- Work Ethic – one of their values is “Effort”. It’s a sales role, so things won’t always go your way. However, always putting in 100% is non-negotiable.
- Intelligence – this is a B2B role, and you’ll be having conversations with C-level and senior executives, so you need to be able to be intelligent, articulate and sound credible on the phone.
