Sales Development Representative
Central London / Office-based
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + OTE
Are you an ambitious SDR who enjoys outbound sales and wants to join an early-stage AI business with plenty of room to grow?
Maxwell Bond are partnered with a fast-growing AI startup helping brands understand and improve their visibility across ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI search platforms. As an early hire into the SDR team, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on pipeline generation, working across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts and helping shape the outbound function as the business scales.

What you'll do as a Sales Development Representative:
- Generate new pipelines through targeted outbound
- Research prospects and tailor your approach
- Engage decision-makers across Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Build relationships and create qualified opportunities
- Help shape and improve the growing SDR function
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 12 - 18 months' SDR / BDR experience
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Strong outbound and phone-based sales experience
- SaaS / technology experience is a plus
- Commercially curious, intelligent, and ambitious
