We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help introduce Signapse to new organisations, build relationships with potential customers, and create opportunities for our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage technology company and play a key role in scaling a product that combines AI innovation with meaningful social impact.

Additional Benefits

  • 24 days’ holiday pro-rata plus bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme
  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to the growth of an ambitious, high-growth business
  • Free British Sign Language (BSL) training if required

The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in building Signapse’s sales pipeline by identifying prospective customers, engaging decision-makers, and creating qualified sales opportunities. You will research target organisations, develop outbound campaigns, qualify inbound interest, and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to connect organisations with solutions that improve accessibility through AI-powered sign language technology. Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
