Part-time: Two days per week
Location: Flexible / remote, with occasional meetings as required
Potential to grow: This role may develop into a full-time position as UniFida’s ABM programme progresses, although this cannot be guaranteed.

About UniFida

UniFida helps larger organisations understand and improve the return they achieve from marketing media investment. We work with companies spending upwards of per year on media, providing services focused on marketing measurement, media effectiveness, attribution and return on investment.

We are building a targeted account-based marketing programme aimed at senior decision-makers in selected organisations.

The role

We are looking for an organised and commercially minded SDR to support UniFida’s lead-generation and nurture activity.

This is a structured outreach role, not a list-building exercise. Target companies and individuals have already been researched. You will use agreed communication plans, prepared copy and coordinated messaging to engage prospects across email, LinkedIn and direct mail.

Working closely with UniFida’s leadership, ABM consultant and agency, you will manage communications in Zoho CRM, respond to prospect interest, organise newsletters and webinars, and nurture leads until they are ready to be handed over to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain prospect, company and campaign data in Zoho CRM.
  • Execute agreed communication cadences across email, LinkedIn and direct mail.
  • Keep outreach activity accurate, timely and fully recorded.
  • Use approved messaging and available account research to personalise communications appropriately.
  • Monitor responses and manage prospect enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Qualify early interest and book meetings for UniFida’s sales team where appropriate.
  • Nurture prospects who are not yet ready for sales contact through relevant follow-up activity.
  • Organise newsletters, webinars and related follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate with UniFida’s ABM consultant and agency to ensure campaigns are delivered as planned.
  • Track engagement, outcomes and campaign progress, and provide practical feedback on what is working.
  • Maintain good data quality and compliance with UK GDPR and other relevant communication requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
