International Sales Development Representative
Location: Manila, Philippines (following initial training in London)
Salary: Base salary + performance-related commission
Positions: 3
Train in London. Relocate to Manila. Build your international tech sales career.
We are hiring three ambitious people for our International Sales Development Programme. We'll train you in London, cover your visa, help you sort your accommodation in Manila, and give you the platform to break into global technology sales with an AWS Premier Partner.
No previous tech experience required — just the drive to go after it.
The opportunity
This isn't a typical SDR role. You'll relocate to the Philippines and work across international markets, prospecting into senior decision-makers and creating opportunities across cloud, AI and managed services.
You'll start with structured training in London alongside our commercial team, then move to Manila where you'll put it into practice — with ongoing coaching every step of the way.
Key responsibilities
- Research target organisations, relevant decision-makers, commercial triggers and cloud priorities.
- Build a credible professional presence on LinkedIn and use thoughtful engagement to create familiarity before direct outreach.
- Create and run accurate multi-step HubSpot email sequences rather than relying on isolated one-off messages.
- Use LinkedIn messaging, telephone outreach, email, events and campaign data as one coordinated prospecting approach.
- Use Project Signal and other agreed intent or campaign data to improve targeting and prioritisation.
- Explain CloudBridge's value in clear business language, focusing on customer problems and outcomes rather than simply promoting funding or credits.
- Qualify interest and secure a credible next meeting with the appropriate CloudBridge account manager and, where relevant, a technical specialist.
- Attend meetings created, introduce the customer and CloudBridge team, observe the discussion and learn from the outcome.
- Provide a complete written handover and maintain accurate meeting, campaign, source and SDR-attribution records in HubSpot.
- Re-engage contacts when an existing relationship can help the account manager progress an opportunity.
- Work to a structured weekly territory and campaign plan while proactively identifying additional opportunities.
- Participate fully in role-play, call reviews, team prospecting sprints and coaching sessions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
