About WYN
A fast growing London startup, helping enterprises save an average of 30% on their software spend. Founded in 2024 by former enterprise sales leaders Adrien Bourg and Sergei Tugarinov, we've scaled to a team of 20+ remaining bootstrapped, with $3B in software spend under management for customers.
The Role
Seeking a Sales Development Representative who's hungry to win. You'll be the first voice prospects hear from WYN, turning cold conversations into real commercial opportunities.
This isn't a role for someone looking to coast. We want competitive, curious people who take pride in their work and love the thrill of the chase. In return, you'll receive direct exposure to our leaders, and genuine opportunities to progress. Four of our SDRs have already been promoted to Account Executive within 6-12 months, and we're committed to promoting from within. If you perform, we'll invest in your development and help you build a career, not just land your next job.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- You prefer a structured corporate environment over the pace and ownership of a fast-growing startup
