Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Midlands with occasional travel to London and Rugby

Salary: £35,000 base + £10,000 OTE

You will be generating high-quality opportunities for a field sales team selling a premium, design-led product into workplaces, hospitality, retail, and leisure.

With over 2,000 existing clients and strong inbound demand, you will be building on an already successful foundation.

What you will be doing

  • Researching and identifying new prospects across multiple sectors
  • Prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Generating and qualifying high-quality leads
  • Booking meetings for the field sales team
  • Managing pipeline and updating CRM
  • Collaborating with sales and marketing on campaigns and outreach
  • Supporting overall revenue growth through consistent pipeline generation
