Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Leeds City Centre
Up to £28,000 Basic + £10,000 OTE
Looking to launch or develop your career in sales?
We're working with a growing technology services business that supports customers across the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an ambitious and proactive Sales Development Representative to help generate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships and wants to develop a long-term career within technology sales.
What you'll be doing
- Proactively engaging with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
- Re-engaging dormant accounts and uncovering potential sales opportunities.
- Understanding customer challenges, business goals, and requirements.
- Booking qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
- Accurately recording activity, conversations, and opportunities within the CRM system.
- Working closely with sales colleagues to help build a strong pipeline of opportunities.
- Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries where required.
