About Aeve
Aeve runs guest communication on autopilot for short-term rental operators. Eve, our AI, handles guest messages and the operations behind them around the clock, chases the missing check-in details, routes maintenance to the right person and reaches guests before a small problem turns into a one-star review. Where a guest needs a person, Eve hands the conversation over, so the human touch stays where it counts.
We work inside Guesty and Hostaway, the platforms the industry is built on, across the channels operators sell through including Airbnb and Booking.com. Business is doubling every quarter and we are hiring to keep up.
The role
You get the first conversation with every operator who has not yet heard what Eve can do. This is cold outbound, and the phone is the main tool. Your day starts with calls to property managers who have never heard of us, and the rest of it goes on email and LinkedIn to those same accounts. Almost nobody books on the first attempt, so the follow up is where the results actually come from, and staying on top of a few hundred open threads is a real part of the job. Everything points at one outcome, which is a demo in the diary.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
The lead database and the outbound engine are already built, so your hours go into conversations rather than list building. You research the account before you dial, work out who makes the decision, and keep the CRM accurate, since that is how we see what is working and change it.
These operators are busy and plenty of them have been let down by an AI tool before. Winning the first minute is the job.
What is in it for you
A competitive package, with equity on top depending on your experience and results. You would be early in a company growing quickly, selling something with no real equivalent yet, into an industry small enough that the good operators all know each other. Do this well and it gets noticed.
Who it suits
We are not counting years. What we care about is that you have done real cold outbound and can tell us what it produced. That might be someone two years in who is unusually good on the phone, or someone who has been selling for fifteen and wants a product worth the effort again.

Get help with your application
Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
You should be comfortable dialling all day and handling objections without it knocking you off course. Experience in short-term rentals, property management, proptech, traveltech or hospitality software will get you productive faster, though it is not essential. It matters more that you run your own week and enjoy a company moving quickly, because how we sell is still taking shape and you will help shape it.
Working with us
You work directly with the Founder and the Business Partnerships Manager. We are small and fast, so what you hear on a call can be in the product within weeks.
Applying
Send us a short note about the best cold call you have made, and what made it work.
“It took my CV and asked me questions relevant to understanding what kind of jobs to suggest for me. Suggestions were almost perfect. Jobs were exactly what I’ve been looking for.”
