Does this sound like you? You're a natural communicator who enjoys the challenge of getting people to stop, listen, and engage. You're comfortable picking up the phone, crafting a sharp email, or sending a well-timed LinkedIn message – and you know how to tailor your approach depending on who you're talking to. You're curious about what makes businesses tick, resilient when things don't land first time, and motivated by the idea of building something: a pipeline, a skill set, a career in sales.

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):

The SDR team at Perkbox is the engine room of the go-to-market function. In this role, you'll be generating new business opportunities that fuel our pipeline growth across the EMEA region – working with both inbound leads from Marketing and self-generated outbound prospects to create qualified opportunities for our Account Executives to close.

You'll be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, which means representing Perkbox well, handling objections confidently, and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Day-to-day you can expect to:

  • Proactively source and pursue outbound leads across multiple channels: email, phone, LinkedIn, and video
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads generated by Marketing
  • Run qualification calls with prospects to uncover their needs and determine fit
  • Clearly communicate the Perkbox value proposition and handle objections with confidence and care
  • Book and schedule platform demos for the Account Executive team
  • Manage a smooth lead handover process, keeping AEs well briefed
  • Maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline in Salesforce with consistently clean data
  • Share best practice with the wider SDR team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
