Job Description
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is part of a dynamic SDR team. We are looking for enthusiastic self-starters who will proactively identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads, resulting in sales opportunities as well as increasing the pipeline for our Sales Team. The SDR will build that initial strong business relationship with Veracross customers.

Job Responsibilities
- Generate new prospects and nurture existing prospects through outbound phone calls and emails to meet daily and weekly targets.
- Effectively use sales tools to manage and customise outreach campaigns.
- Responsible for meeting assigned monthly and quarterly (MQL) Lead qualification targets.
- Collaborate and support the sales team to build a sales pipeline.
- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of Veracross technology as well as skills to uncover school needs and pain points.
- Research customers, identify buying processes and decision-makers, and qualify buy interest.
- Manage and document lead qualification, call, and email activities in our CRM (Salesforce) following a defined sales process.
- Maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information for all customers & prospects.
- Collaborate and build strong partnerships with your Account Executives in your sales territory to develop strategies for reaching sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2 years experience in a sales or sales development role, although candidates with less experience but strong performance will be considered
- Comfortable building customer relationships
- Great written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Not afraid of cold calling
- A desire to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, high-growth sales environment.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship
